Typical activities may include hosting the application, storing audit or request records, storing evidence attachments, generating reports, providing support, maintaining security, and performing operational backups.
Data location
Where required for UK healthcare customers, deployment can be configured so the application, database, and evidence storage are hosted in the UK.
Retention
Retention periods depend on customer configuration, product use, support requirements, legal obligations, and the customer's local policy. Customers should confirm their own retention requirements before production use.
